адаптер и правда похож на оригинальный, выдает 5.1 вольт и 3 ампера, raspberry pi 4b 8gb не выдает ошибок undervoltage под нагрузкой (включая вентилятор подключенный напрямую к пинам), троттлинга в vcgencmd get_thottled тоже нет
